how’s it going guys? I wanted to know if anybody has experienced this problem

so I installed a new Holley blue pump and regulator turned it on, and I had 7 pounds of fuel pressure both running the car and not

Ran the car pretty hard for a day noticed it was a little funny carburetor, wise, running lean as my AFR gauge told me


I ran around, looking for vacuum leaks. My carburetor was a little loose. However, I looked at my new gauge fuel gauge, and I was down to 3 pounds. So I tighten the carburetor up and readjusted the regulator and it came back up to six. I felt seven was a little too much.



has this happened to anybody before? Is there a break in period for the both pump and regulator?
