To fix the angle of your Lokar kd cable cut a piece of aluminum from home depot the size of your current bracket + enough to raise the kd cable to be in line more and drill a 1/4" holes[3] 2 where the current holes are and 1 above.You will use a bolt in the current kd hole and cut a slot in the new bracket for each cable to slide in and snug the cable nuts to secure the cables.I will look at the throttle levers and see what it needs to work,how long a spring and what spring fastener to cable.I hope this helps.
