Most people over burn them. Just need to put enough heat in them to make smoke. I get alot more passes out of them that way.
Exactly! It's surprising how small of a burnout they need to be really sticky!
On a side note, Joey Hykel, the owner of the Beater Bomb no prep car was talking about how they only use a pair of tires for 6-7 passes and then replace them.
He said they fall off significantly after 8 passes! I think this was bias ply Hoosiers, but still interesting to me how quickly they go away!
