Most people over burn them. Just need to put enough heat in them to make smoke. I get alot more passes out of them that way. True, all the manufacturers recommend a short burn out. For us it's as soon as they start to smoke we move out of the burn out. Interestingly I fitted a racepak for this season, we get some wheelspin on the shifts lasting 0.1 and 0.2 sec but none on the start
