After my Gen3 swap, engine moved forward, so the yoke engagement is less.
Wasn't optimal before the swap, but now it's even less, probably ~1.5" back from bottoming out.

Should you do it? No
Agree with Cab and others. Either get a new stronger shaft made or replace the tube in yours. If you break a driveshaft it will cost you way more than a new shaft.
