It looks to me like the ramps are very steep, More that the driveway behind the rear wheels. So it would be trying very hats to roll down the ramps.
No because at the same time the truck would have to be trying to roll UP the driveway, hill or incline grade. The truck as stated doesn't know where it is only gravity and "the shadow knows"
