Holes get bigger when the material they are in warms up. So odds are they would leak more when warmed up.
I'm thinking when they grow,the block, it will expand and the lifter holes will get smaller in diameter, not larger work
I'll try and remember to test my new aluminum KB wedge block with some heat in the lifter valley to find out if they shrink or get larger in diameter confused: work:

I'm thinking the block also grows more in height when warmed up more than the steel cylinder sleeves do also raising the heads up also so maybe I should make the piston deck height higher to compensate for the block deck height increase when hot work shruggy
