Aluimnum grows when heated which makes me think it will leak less around the ilfter warm and hot
I'm sure your lifters aren't causing the leaks around the roller wheels at the bottom of the bodies like a stock unbushed block can
Holes get bigger when the material they are in warms up. So odds are they would leak more when warmed up.
I'm thinking when they grow, the block, it will expand and the lifter holes will get smaller in diameter, not larger
I'll try and remember to test my new aluminum KB wedge block with some heat in the lifter valley to find out if they shrink or get larger in diameter confused: work:
I'm thinking the block also grows more in height when warmed up more than the steel cylinder sleeves do also raising the heads up also so maybe I should make the piston deck height higher to compensate for the block deck height increase when hot
