I think that the speakers on all the large flat screens are on the backside of the TV and they all sound muffled without a sound bar or a home theater type sound system.
At least that's my experience with them.
This is correct. Speakers are not pointed in the right direction. I have 3 sound bars. One in my living room, garage, and race car trailer. It's nice for streaming music, where ever I am at from my phone.
And not only are the speakers pointed the wrong way but the flat screen tvs are too thin to have room for decent speakers. They probably use the same speakers as a cheap laptop computer.
