Several years ago I swapped out a 727 with T/A reverse manual valve body, swapped in a 904 with a brake valve body( A&A) which I have always footbraked, car actually slowed down 7 or 8 instead of picking up a tenth or so I expected. I don’t think the convertor is off, in fact I feel it’s more “ right” than the one that was in it when I bought the car.


I've seen the same 60 foots from my car w/ two different 727s...one w/ a brake and one without. Both were Turbo Action valvebodies. twocents
