The only reasons I'd with a 16 over a 15 would be if the load rating was greater (and I needed it), or the tires were tall enough to reduce bearing speed. My trailer has 15's on it and the Goodyears on it now are somewhat shorter than the previous bias tires that were on it, but I've never had any issues with heat in the tires or hubs.


Thank you. I really don’t need to, but I assumed the 16” tire choices would be better, maybe same or cheaper price, and plentiful. I’m going to check out the Goodyear Endurance tires.
