No need to change out working openers . You can upgrade your opener these are only $30 and fit most openers. Same IQ tech. Open and close door from anywhere. Young neighbors wanted to replace broken touch pad but I got them this instead. Works great and you can always check door anytime with your phone to see it it's open or closed.

I have a smart plug I can control from anywhere and plugged the MyQ into that. We will see if that works. Everyone said it's the wifi, but the wifi cameras are all fine.
