In that case, if I do buy this car, I would need to hire a broker / transporter to get it into the US for me. I assume that would be simpler and more costly then doing it myself, but it takes quite a while to get a passport.
I'm not 100% positive on what Canada requires for entry, but pretty sure an enhanced drivers license and the CANarrive app is all you need. Maybe an option would be call the US CBP office and ask if you can meet them there? I know some people have asked us that because of them not being allowed to enter Canada.
