Not even a comparison, 09 destroyed the older one in power AND cost. 03-08 was $800 more for carb, intake, cam etc and only made 389hp / 401TQ. Eagle had a cam and a holley controller (new, controls everything, even the trans) made 457TQ / 498.5 HP. If shopping for a 3rd gen, get an 09+!!!!
