Trish got hurt most likely because she wasn't securely strapped in the seat. That pillow, booster chair, foam stuff collapsing and letting up the belts cranked her good.
I mentioned the same rag doll comment when she rolled the car, flopping around in a clothes dryer.
Just dumb stuff in a 150+ MPH car.
This has been talked about for several years. For the life of me I can't imagine why JJ would put her in harm's way, Stupidity, or just too lazy to at least make the car fit her? Then she gets back in the car with the same pillows and cushions knowing full well what's going to happen if she crashes. The definition of stupidity: doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Hopefully it'll sink in before she gets killed.
