I completely understand if something is on backorder, however, I can't even get them on the phone or via email to confirm whether or not anything in my order is actually in stock or not. I just basically wanted to make sure I wasn't overreacting, or if something happened to the seemingly one person who runs the place. You know if they are in the hospital or something, and I was unaware, that'd be a completely different story. I'll keep trying, but as of this morning phone rings a few times and then I get "the mailbox is full" message.
