Both that and the cost $$$. I don't even have a ceiling in the shop parking bays. you can look up and see the plywood of the roof. The 14ft x 20ft "machine shop" inside the building has a 8ft high ceiling (vs 12' bays) and is insulated and has a mini heat pump for AC and heat for the machines.

When I built it (2018), I did insulate the walls that are finished (about 2/3) up to the 8ft level. But without an insulated ceiling heat won't work. Since the average high this time of year is 49-50 degrees, it is not normally an issue. But if I win the lottery, then I can afford to finish the inside of the parking bays... LOL
