If you are able to get decent thread established, a long bolt with a slightly larger spacer if positioned correctly will pull it straight up
Another method I have had some success with is to collapse the tube with a small punch until you can grab onto it and pull it out. Or a left handed Drill bit with grease to grab the chips will sometimes bite enough to spin it out.
The screw extractor will likely expand the tube
