If you have the $100K in your checking account then you can find a shop. If it was me I'd go with a well known shop that has the resources to pull off a job like that. You'll also need to make a bunch of decisions on how to handle the dash as well as things such as PS, PB, AC, shift controller, etc. Mixing new and old requires a ton of trade offs and you either need to trust the installer or you need to think thru everything and create some very, very detailed instructions.
