With a requirement to report anything amounts totaling 600.00 or more ? I am not questioning you knowledge but rather trying to learn a bit more about what seems to be another stab at the middle class and poor
I would question the knowledge of the claimer, would like to see somethin to back up the claim.
Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.
