You left out a lot of important info, like is this a stock suspension, aftermarket, Mustang II, what car is this, etc., etc.
You replaced the spindles? Where they the same and why? A lot could change depending on how worn the old parts were and if the new ones are the same. Seeing as how you changed the brake set up I'd bet they are not the same.
