I cant see how the short overhang E body could be that heavy in the rear. I'm assuming with driver. When my 64 B body had 2 batteries it was 1530 lbs in the rear w/me ( 200lbs. ). Dana, full 5 gallon cell, 10lb fire system, rear wheel and tire combo are 58 lbs each, steel bumper and deck lid. Even the front end us 10lbs more than mine. All steel except 5he hood. And it's a Mega Block.
Doug  Previous to this instance it was weighed was on the scale at the track. They are regularly calibrated, it had a 51/49 rear bias back then. With driver BTW.
