I've been using synthetic disc brake grease with PTFE, graphite and molybdenum. It won't attack plastic or rubber, is very persistent throughout an incredible temperature range and resists wash out extremely well. So far it seems to be the perfect lubricant on a myriad of applications that spin, slide, rotate or move.
