Does it spin easily ? If so I would leave it but if It`s stuck or hard to turn then I would spray some WD40 on it to loosen it. Then pull out and clean and lube again. It only pulls out from one end.
I tried with my fingers but it didn't spin but I really couldn't grab it good. I'm gonna try with a rag and needle nose and see if I can spin and gently work cable out. Thanks.
