I'm not familiar with that area but I say take it! I know it's not a Challenger but....we took our '18 Mustang GT conv. on a road trip to Yellowstone last year. Couple thousand miles. Best road trip we've had in a LONG time. Loved every second of it. Didn't worry a bit. If ya bought the car to enjoy it, then get out and enjoy it! It's insured....right?

PS. My daughter lived in St. Louis for a few years.....I'd be more worried about taking that car out around that crap hole. She was rear ended by an uninsured dirtbag.
