RS -- I have always had my ECU (chrome Chrysler box) relocated under the dash.. actually just above the pedals... out-of-sight... just had to extend and splice the wires from the control box. Also, by getting out of the engine bay, not only does it appear stock, but the ECU stays cooler as is needed. I've had it this way since about 1978 on my car (Challenger). There are circular grommeted holes for the wires under the master brake firewall assembly that I've passed the wires through. The ECU is simply screwed to the inside firewall above the brake pedal area... out-of-sight.
