There are no vacuum operated chokes. OEM carbs typically have a vacuum pull off to keep the engine from being too rich after it starts. Aftermarket carbs don't typically have them and while the electric choke assemblies on these work they are less than ideal. Some carbs that were originally manual choke versions may have the bosses to mount an electric choke but may not be drilled and tapped. That of course can be rectified. Otherwise I'm not familiar with the Eddy carbs so I don't have a specific answer for you but if the bosses are there you should be able to do it. I've converted many Holley mechanical secondary carbs to vacuum secondary and vice versa. If the basics are on the casting you can modify the rest.
