1/8" is a pretty common number for a front steer application. the factory specs for this application are 1/16 to 3/16" toe in. toe out really causes problems, especially in turns on a street only ride. countless times we have just used string to set the toe, plus use a carpenter's level for the camber [and let the caster fall wherever] and not had the steering act like this thing does.
