Cory all I was trying to do was give a full and accurate answer to your question. After I did that it seems you didn't understand or care to have the proper end on the 1/4 which would extend under the side of the bumper and properly finish the 1/4.

When I provide help I only do so when I have the whole answer to question. If you rather not do it to factory that's fine with me, not my car.
That's all I was trying to convey for this entire post.

If the question was how do you replace an intake manifold on a 440 I would give you all the details including putting all the various brackets back on that are for the throttle spring and throttle cable not just say remove 8 bolts remove old manifold, put on new and install 8 bolts etc...
