There is a townhome complex a few blocks from my office. And since covid hit, wow, the chicks that have been hiking past my office window! I never saw them before because they were all at work during office hours. But all summer they were out getting their exercise. It's been a treat!

But back on topic, I've gained 15lbs in the last year. I need to get to slimming down.
