I used a stock 1970/1971 6 quart street hemi and 440 6 pack 6 quart oil pan with the stock 3/8 inch 440 pickup in my 511 and later 517 C.I. pump gas stroker motor in my 1971 Duster street and strip car. I put hundreds of runs on that motor and 3000 + miles on it with one oiling issue when I let the oil level get down close the add mark, the oil pressure would drop down after about 3 seconds after letting off at the end of the 1/4 mile running 10.00s at 134.+ MPH, adding oil to the full line fixed and prevented that after seeing it the first time up No bearing damage either boogie
I had to trim the idler arm side of the rear lip on the K member to clear the oil pan after moving the motor back right at one inch from the stock location devil
