I've been told Sea Foam does not address the ethanol issue, or actually stabilize fuel that sits. Sta-Bil has their regular, plus they have one especially for addressing the negative effects of Ethanol. I have also used an E-Zoil product before that one of my reps had samples of.

Even if you are in NJ, ethanol-free fuels should not be illegal to run in off road equipment & boats. Hell, new Merc equipped boats have said for years now NOT to use any gas with ethanol - there is a decal right by the fuel fill.
