I sent Rich an email through his website two weeks ago - on a Saturday morning. I hit "send" and walked 70 feet out to my shop. When I got there the phone was ringing and it was Rich calling from California. I'm in Ontario, Canada !! It wasn't even an urgent issue. You don't get better service than this !!
