I have not try that long of a stroke in a low deck, I have used 4.300 stroker on several 400 blocks with good results with both 6.800 and 6.700 long BB Chevy type rods up
I would not put a 4.350 stroke or longer stroke crank in low deck block due to the piston skirts hanging out of the bottom of the bores with a 6.700 or longer rod tsk
You might try that longer stroke with a shorter rod in it though work confused
