It would be cheaper to buy a new intake than to buy a carb. Put a 4500 intake on there and keep your existing Dominator and you should go faster. The Victor 440 isn't a good intake for a Dominator since it has a small plenum. A Super Victor would work if it fits. If you don't have the room for a Super Victor then find a Mopar M1 4500. They are a little hard to find but they work really well.
