If both are setup right, the Dommy will always be faster...Go to a tricked out 4150 with 50cc squirters and Dommy metering blocks and the difference gets a lot smaller...

What's the difference between a 4150 metering block and a 4500 metering block?
You would have to talk with the carb guru's but I think the 4500 metering blocks are setup for higher flow. Maybe larger restrictors and such, might not actually be the blocks, but the way they are setup.
