Looking thru the 67 Plymouth service manual, looking in the section on the rear axels. It says the Hemi 4 speed uses the Dana -9-3/4 but the 440 4 speed used the -9-1/4 rear. I personally have never seen one and was under the assumption the Dana was used. Would this 9-1/4 be the same as the 70-80 truck rear? I did part out a 68 and 69 440 4 speed car and both had the 9-3/4 dana. Was it a one year only thing?
