The dealership hopefully with just make it right with cash or new car or whatever. No BS. Tech or Techs should be held accountable. What I see in my town with dealerships the Techs are off limits to disciplinary action and accountability.
He would be paying the deductible where I work and many dealerships have huge deductibles, like $30K. Most guys would just quit at this point and move on.
Right. Most of the dealerships we encounter at work are essentially self-insured for the vast majority of single vehicle losses due to how high their deductibles are.
