That is interesting because most electric stuff seems to run great ET with low MPH. They may not be leaning on it for ET, they might just be giving it the beans late in the run make sure they get to 200.
Well to hit 200 mph they only have to do it through the traps. Being electric with virtually instant response he could have taken ten minutes to cruise down the track then hit the "button" ten feet out from the traps and still hit the number.
