I would not trust a sleeve in that application. We've used sleeves to repair seal surfaces, but I've never used such a thing for a bearing/bushing surface, especially in a high RPM race type deal.

Any converter shop should be able to fix that without disturbing the setup of the converter. It would also be a good time to convert everything to the late style hub and pump, especially if this is a 904 application.


If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.
