The IAC is mounted on the back of the throttle body with 2 screws. Not sure how detailed your disassembly was for cleaning the throttle body. Fuel pressure was an afterthought. Does it run out OK when accelerating and cruising? If so, fuel pressure is probably not the problem. If you can raise the idle with your foot on the pedal at a stop and keep it running, my money is on the IAC. Lots of videos on youtube if you want to try cleaning it.
