But my advice is to stop drinking entirely. This coming from someone who drank more Bourbon from age 18 to 36 than most drink in a lifetime.
I didn't drink a drop of alcohol for over 25 years. I've since learned to drink in moderation. One or two drinks or 3 or 4 beers are plenty for me and they are usually spread throughout a day, not at one sitting unless I'm having a cookout or something. I had help with the beer here, I didn't drink it all myself.
