Larry, the way it works is that someone volunteers to be the organizer. Then everyone who wants to participate sends in their name and address to the organizer via PM. Then the organizer tells each person secretly who their victim..um, I mean beneficiary is. Then everyone researches the persons posts to figure out what to send them, then send them a gift, usually anonymously. After Christmas, you post what you got. Unless you are an EOW (early opening weenie) then you show before Christmas. Lots of fun, I'm in.
