They were glued on and I don't think I ever hit them hard enough to spin on the rim.
I am wondering about the slicks.........I have always screwed bias ply slicks to the rim.
Should I be doing this with a radial slick ?
I have a good Moroso gauge that reads in 1/2 lbs.
