I did have a valve on the seat for most of the work, but pulled it when getting the last bit of the transition from the top angle into the chamber. Had a few eff-ups, some of which I didn't even realize until today. I thought I was just "close"...

Grrrr... especially cuz I haven't been exactly thrilled with the results of the local shop's seat work in the past. I just want them cleaned up so I can put the heads back together. luck If it was more involved, they'd be going back to you, but the shipping vs labor for this is hard to justify at the moment, especially cuz it's both heads.
