I don't want to come on here and tell the truth, but I will let the USA in a little secret our northern neighbors have been up to for over a year now.......They legalized drugs up there!!! You can get cookies and brownies or almost any other food with it in it or almost any form of it!!!! I am 30 minutes from an entire country that does tons of drugs! Good luck in stopping the proliferation now....That carnival cruise ship is already underway...I smell it almost everywhere now where there is a crowd. Its fine if your retired and not driving.

The way I look at, people old enough to have a license have the responsibility.....You get into a crash and they test you and your positive, well........Liability is all on you....Here is the other problem....The current test won't tell them when you took said drugs, so when were you liable seems that might be a bit tricky too....Far as I know, unless your eyes are dilated, they do not know when you consumed the goods...Honestly, I would let the police deal with that one....
