At 10:1ish I would just use the garden variety Felpro that comes in their gasket sets. .039 compressed and the bore size is big enough to accommodate the chamfer without overhanging the bore which is the problem with the 1009.

If you need a thinner compressed thickness than .039 I'm not aware of any composites that spec less than that although I know of an instance where a .039 actually compressed to .037 and caused a hydroplane team to fail post race tech.

Depending on what thickness you need, although not recommended a shim gasket might be an option but an MLS is probably your best bet to get the thickness you require.
