A ton of work is needed, but we drive it all summer without any issues. It runs like a champ, though the engine is a little tired. It seeps a bit of oil from the pan, and a bit of trans fluid from the pan, but that's it. It has front discs, hardened valve seats, new tires, new brakes, every light works, horn works, power top works. It was the perfect first "old car" for my wife when we bought it 13 years ago, and she loves it. It's either redo this car, or nothing, and I'm totally fine with that. Discuss, don't discuss, answer my question, don't answer my question. Whatever makes you happy. thumbs
