The difference is that a reputable, professional resto shop does restos. A collision shop makes money on insurance work. Very easy for them to push a resto job into the corner to collect dust, or worse, in my case, to feel obligated to work on my resto at the expense of collision work



Therein lies the conundrum...


A resto shop is going to get premium $$$...

A collision shop, not so much...
