I have KB aluminum stands on my 572" hemi that have been used since 2006 w/ no trouble at all. 276/284 solid roller, 220 psi seat, 600+ psi open pressure.
As heavy as everything is for a hemi, I'd use the aluminum stands as long as they're decent quality parts.
